The inclined bed CNC lathe is a high-precision and high-efficiency automated machine tool equipped with a multi station turret or power turret, which has a wide range of process performance. It can process linear cylinders, inclined cylinders, arcs, various threads, grooves, worms, and other miscellaneous workpieces. The inclined CNC lathe has various compensation functions such as linear interpolation and circular interpolation, and has played a good economic effect in the mass production of many miscellaneous parts. The plane where the two guide rails of the body intersect with the ground plane, forming a 30 degree, 45 degree, and 60 degree inclined plane. The bed of the inclined CNC lathe is a right angled triangle. Obviously, under the same guide rail width, the X-direction drag plate of the inclined bed is longer than that of the flat bed, and its practical significance in the application of lathes is that more cutting tools can be arranged. The cross-sectional area of an inclined bed is larger than that of a flat bed of the same specifications, indicating stronger bending and torsion resistance.
