In order to reduce the abnormal wear and tear of the machine tool, extend the service life of the components as much as possible, and effectively avoid the occurrence of sudden failures, especially malignant accidents; It is necessary to carry out daily maintenance and upkeep of the CNC vertical machining center to maintain its equipment in good working condition, reduce the aging process of the equipment, timely detect and eliminate hidden faults, and ensure safe operation. It is necessary to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of CNC vertical machining centers, which is one of the key factors for the correct use of CNC equipment.


1. In order to improve the service life of CNC vertical machining center companies, it is generally necessary to avoid direct sunlight and other thermal radiation, and to avoid humid environments, excessive dust, or corrosive gases. 2. Good power supply guarantee. 7. To prevent system overheating, it is necessary to check whether the cooling fans on the CNC cabinet are working properly. The air duct filter should be checked regularly every six months or every quarter to see if there is any blockage. If there is too much dust accumulation on the filter screen, it should be cleaned in a timely manner, otherwise it may cause the temperature inside the CNC cabinet to be too high.
